Sweet Little Box
This little cutie is finished in a hot pink fabric, just perfect for Valentine's Day. I wrapped a little bracelet box in the fabric and glued it with Aileen's Tacky Glue and let it dry. I finished it off with eyelash yarn.

Santa is my First Finish for 2012
Lizzie & Kate Snippet
Fabric: From Stash
Fibers: WDW / DMC
Date Started: December 23, 2011
Date Finished: February 05, 2012
Finished: 2 Fat Quarters, Organza Ribbon & the pattern idea 'borrowed' from Shepherd's Bush, Interfacing on Back of Stitched Piece to add stability.
For a bit of added interest, I did french knots on Santa's suit trim, I just thought it added a little somethin' something'...am I wrong?
A tip: For the pillow stuffing, I purchased a pillow (high quality) from the thrift shop for $1...a lot of bang for a buck. I just cut it open and saved the fill. So don't discount pillows, etc. Some items have beautiful trim that can be salvaged.
