$1 Fourth of July Wreath

I picked up this honeysuckle wreath at a garage sale for one dollar. I had an old flag that I just couldn't destroy. Using the grommets, I looped wire through each one and attached it to the wreath. I bunched it up to give it a *flowy* feel. Is flowy a word???? Using a piece of garden string, I tied it and bunched it a bit.

Not bad for a buck!!!

    1. Using the flag in this manner is disrespectful, and against the US Flag Code. See this website http://www.usflag.org/uscode36.html And from the website, I copied the following: (d) The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. (k) The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning. Please help educate everyone on proper RESPECT for our flag. THANKS !
